FAQ
Questions, answered
Will the mask hide my cat's face?
Only in Night patrol, and it's small: the eyes, the rest of the face and the markings stay visible.
Can my dog be a superhero too?
Yes. The scenes work for any pet, and dogs have their own superhero page too.
Is it really free?
Yes. You can paint two pictures a day without an account or a card. We make money from optional printed products like the calendar.
Will it look like my pet?
It's painted from your one photo, so it looks like your pet, though markings can be off. For closer likeness, the free photo week reads your pet's breed, coat and markings from several photos and checks every photo against them.
What happens to my photo?
We use it only to paint your picture and delete both your photo and the painting after a day. Photos with people in them aren't painted.
Which pets can I use?
Dogs, cats, rabbits and most other pets. Use a photo with only one animal in it.
