FAQ

Questions, answered

How does the free preview work?

Add your pet, pick a theme and we paint the cover and January to March with your pet in them. It's free and needs no card. You can make up to three previews to compare themes before you order.

What's the difference between printed and digital?

The printed calendar is a landscape wall calendar, A4 in Europe and Letter in the US, shipped free with the digital files included. Digital only gives you a print-ready PDF and all 13 full-resolution images to print or share yourself.

Will it really look like my pet?

Every image is checked against your photos for coat, markings and shape and made again if it doesn't match. For the calendar you also review every page and can redraw or re-describe anything before it prints.

Where do you ship the calendar?

To the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, the UK and the US. It's printed close to you, and holidays, week numbers and language match your country.

Can I choose what happens in the calendar?

Yes. Choose Around the world, On the job, Movie star, Pet masterpieces, Off duty or Through the ages. Each has twelve different scenes for your pet. Preview the cover and January to March free. After you order, you can redraw any page or describe a different scene before approving it.

How fast does the calendar arrive?

Usually 5 to 8 days after you approve your pages. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Can I give the calendar as a gift?

Yes. Sign up with a few photos of their pet, approve the pages, and enter their address at checkout. It ships straight to them, with the holidays and language of their country.

What if I'm not happy with it?

If it has a print defect, is damaged or isn't what you approved, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you. You don't need to send it back.
