Questions, answered
Is it really free?
Yes. You get a new AI photo of your pet every day for your first 7 days, then one every week, for free and without a card. We make money from optional printed products like the calendar.
What photos should I upload?
One clear photo is enough to start. We check the photos, fill in their appearance and suggest the next useful angle. You can add up to 10 photos and correct any details. Daylight, a visible face and no heavy filters help us match their coat and markings.
Which pets can I add?
Dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, horses and more. You can add up to three pets for free. Each calendar stars one pet.
Will it really look like my pet?
Every image is checked against your photos for coat, markings and shape and made again if it doesn't match. For the calendar you also review every page and can redraw or re-describe anything before it prints.
Can I stop the emails?
Anytime, with one click in any email or in your settings. If you don't open them for a few weeks, we pause them for you.
What happens to my pet's photos?
They're only used to create your pet's images. They're never shown publicly or sold. You can delete your account and every photo at any time.
Where do you ship the calendar?
To the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, the UK and the US. It's printed close to you, and holidays, week numbers and language match your country.
Can I choose what happens in the calendar?
Yes. Choose Around the world, On the job, Movie star, Pet masterpieces, Off duty or Through the ages. Each has twelve different scenes for your pet. Preview the cover and January to March free. After you order, you can redraw any page or describe a different scene before approving it.
How fast does the calendar arrive?
Usually 5 to 8 days after you approve your pages. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Can I give the calendar as a gift?
Yes. Sign up with a few photos of their pet, approve the pages, and enter their address at checkout. It ships straight to them, with the holidays and language of their country.
What if I'm not happy with it?
If it has a print defect, is damaged or isn't what you approved, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you. You don't need to send it back.
