Who we are

The free pet photos

• You sign in with a code we email you. You need to be at least 16.
• You add up to three pets, each with 1 to 10 photos. We then email you a new AI image of your pet every day for 7 days, then once a week.
• We pause the emails when you haven't opened any for four weeks. You can stop or restart them anytime from your settings or any email.
• The free photos are a gift, not a purchase. We can change how often they arrive, or end the free service, with notice by email.

Your photos and your images

• Only upload photos you took or may use. Upload photos of your pet, not of people.
• You keep the rights to your photos. You let us use them only to make your pet's images and products.
• You can use the images we make for you however you like for personal use: share them, print them, set them as your wallpaper. We never publish them or use them in our marketing without asking you first.
• The images are made by AI. We check each one against your photos, but a detail can still be off. For the calendar you review every page before anything prints, and we look over it ourselves too.
• Don't use the service to make anything illegal, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights. We can close accounts that do.

Ordering a calendar

• The preview is free. You only pay when you order a printed or a digital calendar.
• Prices in the EU and UK include VAT. US prices exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout. Shipping is free.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when the payment succeeds, and we email you a confirmation.
• After payment we create the remaining pages in your chosen theme. You can redraw or describe pages a few times each, go back to an earlier version of a page, then approve your calendar. If you haven't approved it, we email you reminders. If it's still not approved 7 days after the pages are ready, we send a final notice with a date at least 3 days later. On that date we approve the calendar as it is, check it ourselves and print it or create your files.

Right of withdrawal

Every calendar is made to your specification with your pet in it, so the 14-day right of withdrawal doesn't apply to it (Dutch Civil Code, article 6:230p). The same goes for the digital calendar: you agree at checkout that we start making it right after payment, and that the right of withdrawal ends then. Our Refunds and reprints policy explains what we do instead when something isn't right.

When something goes wrong

Your statutory rights always apply: a calendar has to be what you ordered and free of print defects. Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order, except where the law doesn't allow that, for example with intent or gross negligence.

Your account

You can delete your account and every photo from your settings at any time. We keep what the law requires for orders, as explained in our Privacy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters for you, we email you before it takes effect. Dutch law applies. If you live in another country, you keep the consumer protection its law gives you. Please contact us first at support@dailypetphotos.com; if we can't solve it together, you can go to the competent court.
