Questions, answered

Can I use the photo on a Christmas card?

Yes. Download it and use it on a card you print at home or order anywhere, for personal use.

When do the free photo emails include Christmas scenes?

From 15 November to 25 December, the next free photos of every signed-up pet are the three Christmas scenes, one a day during the free week. Outside those dates you get our other scenes.

Is it really free?

Yes. You can paint two pictures a day without an account or a card. We make money from optional printed products like the calendar.

Will it look like my pet?

It's painted from your one photo, so it looks like your pet, though markings can be off. For closer likeness, the free photo week reads your pet's breed, coat and markings from several photos and checks every photo against them.

What happens to my photo?

We use it only to paint your picture and delete both your photo and the painting after a day. Photos with people in them aren't painted.

Which pets can I use?

Dogs, cats, rabbits and most other pets. Use a photo with only one animal in it.
